Refund policy

Tide and Tension Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every product you receive. Here's how we handle returns:

• Return window: We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• How to start a return: Email us at hello@tideandtension.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll coordinate with our supplier on your behalf.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Damaged or wrong items: If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately.
• Non-returnable items: Opened supplements or hygiene-related products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
